However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy. Returns - All returns must be returned in store or postmarked within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must be new and unused conditions, unopened with all labels and seals attached. To return an item, please email customer service at hazeblaze.smokevape@gmail.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA). After receiving the RMA, place the item in it's original packaging and return to our store location at 10601 Ranch Road 2222, Suite I, Austin, TX 78730. After receiving your return, we will inspect it's condition. We will notify you by email when your return is approved. Please allow 7 Days for return processing. Exceptions: The following items may not be returned - Any opened or altered product, any apparel. For damaged or defective product, please contact customer service at hazeblaze.smokevape@gmail.com.
